Three favourite pictures

This is the Blairmore House. It snowed a bit, but did not stay long. I keep praying for a huge snowfall, but other here pray for no snow!!! We live in a room on the third floor, obviously old servent quarters. The three flights of stairs are tiny!

They are planning an addition, where there will be more classrooms and a nice dining room/serving facility in the back.

I saw in my first weeks here...

This is a ruin about 20 minutes walking from
where we live. It is really cool to explore around this area, as there are different rooms, different levels and different buildings.

It is situted on a hill, so that you can see the snow covered mountains in the distance. Beautiful!

Us in this HOUSE

This is us inside Blairmore House. It is beautiful, and was built in the 1800's. We were here mostly by ourselves over the holidays, and really enjoyed the space. It was recently renovated by a millionaire, so the interior is really amazing. This is the Eagle room, a guest room. We are obvously pretending to be important!

About every 3-4 days, there is a beautiful sunset or sunrise. As the sun rises so late, and sets so early, we always get to see them. Blairmore is situated at the top of a small hill, so we have really pretty views.
