Here are some really fun pictures of Emma...all from the last week or so. She has started sucking her thumb and fingers...all the time! She has been so much fun lately, smiling and laughing. Here are my favorite pics of the week:

This little outfit is one I wore in my three month picture...It is not really warm enough for this weather, but I did want a picture of Emma in it...My mum brought them over when she came..it was so sweet to see Emma, and hard to believe I was ever that small!!!

This dress is one worn by me and my mom, so this is the third generation to wear it...again, not warm enough to wear this out, but she is oh so sweet...but we did learn that she likes to show off her legs by pulling up her dress. Hopefully she will grow out of this habit by the time she goes to Kindergarten!
I could not resist this funny picture...Emma makes the funniest faces!
We got to spend some time in Holland recently, visiting with Peter's family. His sister Karen was there as well as his brother Edwin and his family (Flora his wife, and Nathan and Rebecca-his very cute kids). It was great to have a week away and to share Emma with the family. The kids were so sweet with Emma and you can see Nathan giving her a sweet kiss!
This is everyone of the family...Karen, Me holding Emma, Peter and Edwin holding Nathan sitting on the couch, with Rebecca and Flora in the front!
The three kids...it took a bit to get this picture...a four year old, a two year old and a 3 month old...interesting!
Me and the kids...it was great when Nathan corrected my Dutch! That did wonders for my ego!
Our friend Lynn came to visit...She had seen me pregnant in December, so it was fun to show her what come from that big bump!
These are all the great-grand kids from Oma and Opa Drop...
This is just a funny pic of Emma in her car seat...she always falls asleep in the car and hates her hat with a passion...this is why! I can never get her hats to stay up on her head, they always fall in her face and cover her eyes...on this trip, she did not mind so much.
This is Emma's party dress...she is so cute in it! This is actually her only pink dress, and she is almost grown out of it! I just love the matching tights...
Well, we started using cloth diapers...It has been a very interesting time, but I think we have the hang of it. We use disposables at night, since she is sleeping through the night and we did not want to have to get up because of a soggy cloth diaper. Funny thing though, when I washed the first batch, I accidentally left a blue sock in the washer, and so now alot of her diapers are blue!!! too bad it was not a red sock!!!
This is how Emma sleeps during tummy time! What a cutie
I took all these pictures on Emma's 2-month birthday...I can't believe how quickly the time passes. As I looked through her newborn pictures, I can't believe how much she has changed already. A few days ago, we packed up some of her clothes that don't fit anymore. I hope you enjoy the pics..you can really see her 'ginger' hair as they call it here...

Here is a view of our new apartment...It is so nice and we are so excited about having more than one room! We actually have 6 rooms and a massive hallway...It has been so nice to be able to have a nursery for Emma...to be able to let her cry a bit at night. Before when we were in one room I had to try so hard to keep her quiet so Peter could sleep because he had to work. It has been so good to have the space. I will post more pics later...
Emma, in late February....
